Transportation
Reliable rides to appointments, errands, faith services, and visits with family. We have a wheelchair accessible van so your loved one stays connected to the community.

What is Transportation?
Transportation is safe, friendly rides to the places your loved one needs and wants to go. A trained caregiver drives, helps in and out of the vehicle, and stays alongside during the visit, so a doctor appointment or a trip to the store feels easy instead of exhausting. For clients who use a wheelchair, we also offer a wheelchair accessible van so getting out of the house stays possible.
How transportation helps you or your loved one
- Keeps important doctor, dental, and therapy appointments from being missed.
- Lowers the risk of falls in parking lots, curbs, and unfamiliar buildings.
- Gives family members a break from juggling every ride around work and life.
- Reduces isolation by making it easy to see friends, visit family, or run errands.
- Supports independence for clients who use a wheelchair with our accessible van.
What transportation looks like
Every visit is built around your loved one, but here are some of the everyday moments families can expect.
