From Your First Call to Personalized Support
We understand that the need for help can arise suddenly. Our team is structured to move at your pace, with the ability to begin professional services in as little as 48 hours when urgency is required.

Your Roadmap to Quality Care
Every family's journey looks a little different. These four steps describe the path most clients follow when they begin services with Hope Care Services.
Step One
A Personal Connection and Professional Evaluation
The process begins with a conversation in the comfort of your home. A care coordinator meets with you and your family to listen to your concerns, evaluate the living environment for safety, and understand specific health needs. This meeting is purely educational and designed to ensure every question you have is answered before moving forward.
Step Two
A Strategy Built Around Your Life
No two individuals have the same needs. Following the assessment, we develop a detailed roadmap that outlines exactly which services will be provided. This plan includes specific schedules, dietary preferences, mobility assistance requirements, and personal goals. We treat this as a living document that can be adjusted as your situation changes.
Step Three
Finding the Perfect Match
We believe that the relationship between a client and a caregiver is the foundation of quality care. We don't just assign a staff member; we select a professional whose skills and personality align with your Care Plan. You will have the opportunity to meet your caregiver to ensure there is a comfortable connection and a sense of trust from day one.
Step Four
Continuous Peace of Mind
Our commitment does not end once services begin. We conduct regular check-ins (supervisory visits) to ensure the Care Plan is being followed accurately and that you are satisfied with the support. These visits allow us to be proactive, adjusting care as health needs evolve and maintaining a high standard of safety and companionship.
Speed of Care
When Time is of the Essence
While most families prefer to take their time through these steps, we are fully equipped to fast track the process during emergencies or hospital discharges. We can often move from the initial assessment to the caregiver introduction in as little as 48 hours to ensure no one is left without the help they need.
- Same day phone consultation
- Expedited in home assessment
- Caregiver match within 48 hours when needed
FAQ
Starting Care in 48 Hours
Quick answers to the questions families ask most when they need help right away.
Can you really start services in 48 hours?
Yes. When a family is facing a hospital discharge or sudden change in health, we can move from the first call to a caregiver in the home in about 48 hours. Some families want a little more time, and that is welcome too.
What do you need from us to get started quickly?
A short phone call is enough to begin. We will ask about the person needing care, current health concerns, and the help you are hoping for. If a hospital or doctor is involved, sharing their contact information helps us coordinate.
Is the in home assessment free?
Yes. The first visit is a no pressure conversation. A care coordinator listens, answers questions, and walks through the home for safety. There is no cost and no obligation to move forward.
What if our needs change after care begins?
The Care Plan is a living document. As health needs, schedules, or preferences change, we adjust hours, tasks, and caregiver assignments to keep the plan a good fit.
What if the first caregiver is not the right match?
Tell us. The relationship between client and caregiver is the foundation of good care. If the fit is not right, we will introduce another caregiver until you feel comfortable and at ease.
Do you provide care on weekends or overnight?
Yes. We schedule care around your life, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts when needed. Share your ideal schedule on the first call and we will build around it.
