Personal and Companion Services

Companion and personal in-home services provided by a caregiver include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship - going for walks, playing board games or cards, talking and reading

• Nutritious meal preparation and planning

• Medication reminders

• Light housework such as dusting, vacuuming, laundry, dishes, taking out the trash, sweeping, bathrooms, changing bed linens, cleaning out the refrigerator

• Scheduling appointments

• Grocery shopping and running errands

• Safety checks

• End of life (hospice) care

• Transportation

• Personal hygiene - such as dressing, assisting with bathing, grooming and mobility

• Socialization

• Simple home repairs and maintenance

Safety Assessment 

During the initial consultation, a complimentary safety assessment will be performed by the Care Manager to evaluate and identify potential hazards around the house that could jeopardize well-being and safety.

Please call our advisors to inquire about our private-pay service prices. We do accept Medicaid (A/D Waiver) and some long-term care insurance policies.
